SHIPPING COSTS
We will combine shipping on
multiple orders, though all items must be paid with a single payment for
the combined shipping rate. You will be charged the full shipping charge
for each item if separate payments are made. Packages ship via First Class
Mail, Priority Mail, Media Mail, Parcel Post, or UPS Ground depending on the
weight, size, and contents of the package.
Approximate Delivery Times:
UPS Ground (1 to 6 business days), USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days), USPS First
Class (2 - 3 days), USPS Parcel Post (3 - 10 days), USPS Media Mail (3 - 10
days).
Requesting a "Tracking
Number" - If you
would like a tracking number, please add $10.00 to the cost of your shipping
and send me an email request regarding the tracking number, so I know ahead of
time that you are willing to pay the additional amount for it. Larger dolls
whose shipping totals about $15.00-$25.00 usually come with a tracking number
as part of their shipping cost, but be sure to check with us to be sure.
Shipping Insurance - Once handed off to the postal service, we cannot
guarantee the condition your package will arrive in, unless you choose to
purchase 'shipping insurance'. This is an additional cost (on top of the
listed shipping price), but I would be more than happy to check with the post
office and give you an exact dollar amount for purchasing this insurance. I have never had
a doll damaged in shipping, however this does not mean it isn't possible, so if
it is a concern for you, please let me know so I can look into the cost of it
for your particular doll.
